Tracking System enables to standardize the
quotations and helps to keep track of all
the enquiries, quotations through shipment
and execution.
PTS is a data driven application and the functionality
is focused on all the relevant inputs. Using
this system you will be able to retrieve the
up to date Project Information. The system
will also enables you to keep track of the
pending shipments, LPO's issued etc. A stock
module is also incorporated in the system
so that products from the stock can be reserved
for a Quotation . The system keeps track of
all the quotations and their revised versions.
PTS has a mailer in built. The system sends
automated mail to the people concerned for
each part of the project like Purchase requisition
Approval, LPO approval etc. The system helps
the user to mail the purchase order to the
supplier etc. from the system. |
