Landlord Assistant will enable you to manage
every tenant, and every suite in your apartment,
building, or property units. You will be able
to track discrete details about the state
of each suite, and each tenant. Reports will
indicate the vacant units vs. the occupied
units. Rental contracts and details can be
stored.
The software also enables you to keep track
of the maintenance records of each apartment,
building or property unit. The software helps
the landlord to keep track of all the Post
Dated Cheques and their clearances. It will
automatically prompt you the list of your
rental properties/apartments which are due
for renewal and the list of vacant apartments.
It will also keep the history of all the collections
and all the expenses you had on your property
like telephone bills, maintenance charges
etc. and therefore enables you to calculate
a profit report.
Keep track of information about
each suite, such as who it is rented to
(or whether it is vacant), square footage
and other features like furniture, appliances
etc. You can even store a scanned image
of the floor plan of each suite!
Login-based security allows
you to assign a username and password to
everyone who uses Landlord Assistant. An
administrator screen is accessible only
to those who are granted access. The admin
user has the ability to perform advanced
functions, such as user creations, MIS report
creations and more.

on a single node or on a multi-user environment
with an easy-to-use, rich interface.
